What is reformer & chair Pilates?
Reformer and chair Pilates are low-impact practices performed on two of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment. The reformer uses a sliding carriage and spring resistance to build full-body strength and control. The Wunda chair targets stability, balance, and deep core activation through seated and standing movements. Together they offer a complete, challenging practice at every level, with an emphasis on precision, mind-to-muscle connection, and long-term results. How do I contact the studio?
We do not have a phone number. We're a small studio without a front desk. Our instructors manage clients and the studio while teaching. The fastest way to reach us is by email: for booking questions and for general inquiries. We do not manage client inquiries via social media. How do I book a class?
All group classes are booked on our booking platform here. Private sessions are booked directly with our team via email.I'm new to Pilates, where should I start?
Welcome! We recommend starting with Core Flow or Stretch & Balance. Both are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. If you'd like a one-on-one introduction to the equipment before joining a group class, reach out to book a private session. Are grip socks required?
Yes, grip socks are required for all reformer and chair sessions, private or group, for safety and hygiene. If you don't have a pair, they're available for purchase at the studio or can be added on when booking your class. What should I bring to class?
Grip socks (mandatory), water (no fountain on-site), and comfortable stretchy attire. Please let your instructor know of any injuries or if you are pregnant before class begins.I have an injury, can I still join a class?
Please consult your doctor before attending and use your own discretion. If your doctor has cleared you for low-impact movement, you're welcome to join. Just let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications. Please note we require 12 hours cancellation notice to retain your credit. Can I attend if I'm pregnant?
Yes! We welcome pre and post-natal clients. Please email us at to book a private session tailored to your needs. If you'd prefer a group class instead, we recommend Core Flow and Stretch & Balance for their gentle pace. Please avoid Core Control (Intermediate) classes. Always consult your doctor before starting a new movement practice. What is your refund policy?
All membership and credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits do not roll over and are not eligible for extension. No exceptions. What payment methods do you accept?
We are a cashless studio. We accept all major credit cards. Keep a card on file in your account for the easiest experience.
