Foundational Moves

At least 10 Core Flow (beginner) or Core Basics (open level) classes experience with the studio and prior instructor approval required.

Class Schedule
12–20 classes weekly, curated to support your practice. All reformer sessions are 50 minutes and require grip socks. For the safety and comfort of every member, we cannot admit late arrivals after the 5-minute grace period.
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to get your credit back. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit.

Studio Policies at a Glance
Booking Window
7 Days
Members may book classes up to 7 days in advance on a rolling basis. Each day a new future slot opens.
Cancellation
12-Hour Policy
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to retain your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit. No exceptions.
Credits
Use Within 30 Days
Monthly membership credits must be used within the billing month. Credits do not roll over to the following month.
Late Arrivals
5-Minute Grace
Please arrive 5 minutes before class. We cannot admit late arrivals after the grace period for the safety of all members.
Can I try a class before joining as a member?
Yes! Single classes are available at $40 and are a great way to experience the studio before committing to a membership. Credits do not roll over — each class credit is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.How do I book a class?
We use Acuity Scheduling — all booking is done directly on our website. Please note we no longer use the MarianaTek platform and the app has been discontinued. Once you purchase a single class or membership, you'll receive a confirmation email with your unique booking code. Use that code to reserve your spot. We have a 7-day booking window, so you can book up to 7 days in advance.Doors open 10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, late entry is not permitted after a 5-minute grace period. Please plan accordingly.
Are grip socks required?
Yes — grip socks are required for all classes. You can add a pair as an add-on when booking your class, or purchase them on our website and pick them up at the studio by showing your instructor the confirmation email.How do I change or cancel a class?
Find the confirmation email sent to the address you used when booking and click the cancel link at the bottom. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class retain your credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class result in a forfeited credit. No exceptions.Can I pause or freeze my membership?
We do not offer pauses or freezes. If you need a break, simply cancel and rejoin when you're ready. Please note that Core Membership members must honor the initial 3-month commitment before cancelling.How do I cancel my membership?
Core Flex and Core Premium Flex members have no commitment and can cancel anytime from their account.Core Membership members must honor the initial 3-month commitment before cancelling. Once complete, it automatically becomes month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.
