1. Mandatory Grip Socks: You must wear grip socks during class for safety and hygiene purposes. You can purchase grip socks on Amazon or Target. Bare feet or shoes are not permitted on machines.
2. Water: Make sure you stay hydrated before, during and after class. Feel free to bring your own bottle of water.
3. Towel: Not mandatory, but strongly recommended!
4. Attire: Wear athleisure attire or something you are comfortable bending over in.

Please do your best to arrive on time!
We understand inconveniences happen. However, to accommodate all parties involved, arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. We need ample time to walk you through the machine.
If a client does not arrive at the start of the scheduled session, that client will be charged a $20 no show fee.
To reschedule a session, contact us via email 12 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. Failure to do so will incur a $20 no show fee.

Core Revival Pilates operates on a strict 10 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or alter your reservation more than 12 hours of the start of class, it will be marked as a late cancellation and charged a $20 late fee. To avoid losing your class credit or incurring additional charges, ensure your cancellation is made at least 12 hours before your class begins (for example, by 6 PM for a 6 AM class the following day).
Clients not present at the start of the session will be considered no-shows.

You will receive the address to the location upon booking of your sessions. Once you arrive on the property, send us a text and someone will coordinate parking on-premise for you and pick you up in the lobby.
